Yoshi's Journey Ahead

Yoshi is a sweet senior Shi Tzu suffering from trachea issues and a chronic cough. He also has severe hip dysplasia with a subluxated hip and will need surgery. He would have been on a euthanasia list at his local shelter when his owners decided they could not care for him properly. We also discovered Yoshi has elevated liver enzymes and severe dental disease.

UPDATE

Yoshi’s treatments have improved his health and he no longer suffers from a chronic cough. He was successfully neutered and received a dental cleaning and surgery to extract unhealthy teeth and prevent infection. Yoshi was adopted into a loving home on the beach where his new family will monitor his hips and keep him comfortable and happy until surgery is necessary.
